Just get them under oath. For employee screening, take their resume, put "I swear under oath" at the top, and have the perspective employee notarize it at the bottom. I need to run a few tests, but I believe I can setup the service so it works verbally too. So a notary can swear somebody in verbally, like in a deposition, and question them verbally, and they cannot tell a lie, making the process quicker than in writing.
